Cancellations
Product Orders Cancellation Policy
Digital pattern orders can’t be canceled once purchased, since the file is delivered electronically.
Problems with your download
If you can’t access your file or something looks wrong with it, please include your order number and reach out through my contact form. I'll help get it sorted.

Product Orders Refund Policy
Digital patterns: Because digital files can’t be returned, all digital pattern sales are final.
Physical items: All physical items are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please double-check sizing and details before ordering.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.
International Orders
Digital patterns are delivered electronically, so there are no shipping or customs charges. If physical items are offered, international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Contact your local customs office for details.
Merchant of record
Orders are handled by our Merchant of Record and merchandising partner, Fourthwall.com, who handle order-related inquiries and returns. Privacy Policy Terms of Service.
FAQ
How do I get my pattern?
Digital patterns are delivered electronically after checkout. Nothing is shipped. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder, then contact me.
Can I sell what I make from your patterns?
Yes! You may sell finished items made from my patterns. Credit to Made by Phia is appreciated but not required. My patterns and photos are protected by copyright, so please don’t share, reproduce, or resell them.
Do you use US or UK crochet terms?
US terms (sc = single crochet).
